Session 1
June 19 – July 10
Session 2
July 17 – August 7
Campers must prepare a 10-15 line monologue from an early modern play for auditions on the second day of camp. The monologues on this form are suggestions borrowed from the English Speaking Union Suggested Monologues Packet. Selecting your monologue on this form will ensure that no other camper has the same monologue. Unavailable monologues will not appear on this form.
Want more ideas? Check out the Suggested Monologues List.
If a monologue that you want to prepare is not listed, please email Camp Director Lia Wallace at lia@americanshakespearecenter.com to request your alternative selection. Lia will make sure the monologue has not already been selected, and must approve all unique audition pieces and cuts.
There is a college credit option as well!
